Some look at the time remaining on your residence card (ARC), others at how you plan to pay, so eligibility is confirmed during consultation rather than promised in advance. Measure the room before you choose. In a 5-6 pyeong one-room (about 17-20 m²), an 800mm square table or a 1000×600mm two-seater is usually the largest that still leaves a walking path. A 1200-1400mm four-seater works from a two-room or a 1.5-room with a separate kitchen area, and six-seaters of 1600mm and up are really for apartments. Leave roughly 70cm behind each chair so it can be pulled out.

Most dining table plans include delivery into the room and assembly on the spot. Extra charges can appear in older buildings with no elevator or a narrow stairwell, where a ladder truck or additional carriers are needed. Give your address during consultation and this is checked before the order is placed.

Moving within Korea is normally handled as a relocation service: you report the new address and the table is moved, sometimes for a fee. Leaving the country early usually means settling the remaining term or paying a cancellation charge, and the rules differ by rental company. Ask about both before you sign, not after.
